Pros
In general, it's a good company with very challenging work. Internship program is amazing and it's a great company for a first job. Benefits are GREAT and most people is very friendly.
Cons
Unfortunately, HR does a bad job with the employees. Internal recruiting is intimidating, they don't spread corporate values (except for interns). There are many unprepared managers and processes are faulty.
