      Pros

      In general, it's a good company with very challenging work. Internship program is amazing and it's a great company for a first job. Benefits are GREAT and most people is very friendly.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, HR does a bad job with the employees. Internal recruiting is intimidating, they don't spread corporate values (except for interns). There are many unprepared managers and processes are faulty.

      Pros

      The possibility to learn and know about the last technology in broadcast technology, but this not happen in all tv globo sites.

      Cons

      Managers and supervisors that don't respect anyone like person, most part of them are unprepared technically and intelectually to stay in a position with so responsability. The salaries are just OK compared to the other companies where you work less and they paid less.
