      The management and the teams it's amazing.

      Cons

      The inside clientes are the worst. There is a lot of Miss comunication inside de company and people having to do their jobs twice because we canot say that someone did something wrong.

      Decent pay, could be better Amazing employee culture, decent benefits Fully remote

      Cons

      Company engagement with employees and interpreters is practically non-existent. Expected for a fully remote job but the incentive of engagement would motivate performance to an entirely new level
