      Great Benefit, Profit Sharing, Great structure, working devices (computer and accessories), Parties and team meetings.

      Cons

      People tend to, in general, be overwhelmed with work, a least in the base; a little unstructured. Promotion is not always done based on performance, sometimes (usually) on networking.
