We invest in a leadership development program aimed at cultivating the desired competencies at Hotmart, preparing them for the company's growth challenges and the formation of high-performance teams. Our performance evaluation process assesses the performance of these leaders in these same competencies. The identified gaps are addressed in feedback sessions with immediate superiors and in individual development plans (IDP).
