We have a performance evaluation process for our Troopers, which happens twice a year. Based on it, we offer various tools to guide the manager in decision-making regarding team growth: we have outlined technical and behavioral competencies and the requirements for each position, as well as monitoring rituals (1:1s, performance evaluations, goal results, etc.). In this way, we strive to ensure a recognition-driven environment.
