Pros
The perks can almost not be beat! Indeed's HR team has made significant strides in maintaining a fun workplace and a fun culture. If you are early in your career, Indeed is a great option for you. There is a lot of encouragement to make lateral moves, especially as the company continues to grow.
Cons
Most of the career growth that happens only happens at a lateral level. If you want to work in one department for a year or more and then do the same thing, at the same level in a different department or a different team - great for you! If you are looking for more vertical growth, this is an area that where Indeed struggles.
