Pros
The environment was amazing, I didn’t want to leave because I had made such amazing connections but i just realized sales wasn’t for me. Even after I left everyone there was so supportive of me, they have a very positive outlook. At times it is a difficult job with deadlines and all, but you have leaders who motivate you and teammates and colleagues who want the best. I was lucky enough to have worked here, they really did improve on so many aspects of my life especially in my conversational skills. They really do invest in you and teach you how to be the best you can be.
Cons
Sales isn’t for everyone, you have people there to support you, but at the end of the day you do need to make sales and help the books, but the company invests in you and will assist you which is great.
