      great Team colleagues , people with hunger and resilience.

      Cons

      Toxic Management, favouritism, disrespectful approach, no willingness to on board new people( kind of: if you want it you can find it out yourself, so you have to go around try to find information to accomplish simple tasks) zero support from Management for starters.
