Leadership is approachable. There are plenty of opportunities for learning and development, including working with d diverse teams. The work-life balance is excellent, with flexible hours and remote work options that really accommodate personal needs. The company culture is inclusive, positive, and supportive.

No major cons, but like any fast-paced environment, there can be a lot of work at times. However, the team is always ready to support each other, so it never feels overwhelming.
