Pros
There is great support from direct managers and it is a fantastic place to learn with a strong exposure to all aspects of the industry. There is also a good culture for a company of this size between social outings and sponsored events.
Cons
To echo other reviews, Invenergy tends to compensate employees slightly below market value both in base pay and benefits (notably 401k match and work from home policies).
