      Great place to learn, hard place to stay

      Pros

      There is great support from direct managers and it is a fantastic place to learn with a strong exposure to all aspects of the industry. There is also a good culture for a company of this size between social outings and sponsored events.

      Cons

      To echo other reviews, Invenergy tends to compensate employees slightly below market value both in base pay and benefits (notably 401k match and work from home policies).

      Pros

      Creative, indpendent, exciting, altruistic, and well-compensated. Lots of enthusiastic young people working in development. Office days can be fun.

      Cons

      Lots of travel certain times of year. Office culture is highly susceptible to poor work-life balance, you need to be vigilant about taking calls and emails after hours.

      Great experience, very young office, can be social but it really depends on the team

      Cons

      Lots of turnover, new WFH policy (4 remote days per month), salary is below average, can hit a ceiling with promotions after a few years
