At Jeunesse, we have an open-door policy which invites employees to express any concerns they have about their roles, business relationships, progress and/or opportunities of upward mobility. Also, within the Customer Support Department there are monthly compensation incentives rewarded to the “Employee of the Month” as well as a raffle drawing for top performers.
During the first day of training all employees are provided with proper contact information to reach out to anyone in Human Resources (HR).
