Thank you for expressing your concerns. We are truly sorry that you feel this way.
Our Senior Director of HR has significant responsibilities and a demanding schedule, but has an open door policy where she makes herself available to all employees. Not only is she accessible by appointment, or walk-in (if her schedule permits), she makes it a priority to respond to all emails within 48 hours.
We pride ourselves on being a family-oriented company and strive to create and maintain that helpful and caring work-environment, that our employees love.
We strongly disagree with the statement that there are no pros to working here as we offer a flexible PTO plan for all employees, 100% employee paid medical plan, an on-site fitness center for our employees to enjoy, and a 401k plan where the company matches 100% up to 3% contribution, and we also give our employees free products each month.
Thank you again for expressing your concerns. We would strongly recommend requesting a meeting with our Senior Director of HR expressing your concerns in depth. Through open and honest communication, I am confident she will try to help resolve any frustrations you have.
