Happy-hours are great to learn and unite people, with technical presentations from internal and invited people, following by a band, videogames and snacks/drinks. The work the company do is also highly rewarding, because it has high impact on the life/work many Brazilians.

What used to be bad was the salary, that wasn't competitive comparing with others markets(Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro), but it's improving fastly since last year.

There's a lot o emphasis on freedom of how, when and where you will work. It will be mostly up to you. Most of the communication is asynchronous to help with this. The company also focuses on hiring the best people around and that can help a lot with your personal development.
