Pros
There's a lot o emphasis on freedom of how, when and where you will work. It will be mostly up to you. Most of the communication is asynchronous to help with this. The company also focuses on hiring the best people around and that can help a lot with your personal development. For those who identify with the company culture, it's one of the best places to work.
Cons
It needs a lit bit of adjusting to the full async culture of the company.
