The culture is awesome, with friendly pro-learning environment. Everyone has a voice, from modelling to implementation. Investment in the team is good, they try to keep their best engineers, focusing on a small team. Great technology, managers isn't afraid to try/develop new technologies if it's better for the job. Happy-hours are great to learn and unite people, with technical presentations from internal and invited people, following by a band, videogames and snacks/drinks. The work the company do is also highly rewarding, because it has high impact on the life/work many Brazilians.

What used to be bad was the salary, that wasn't competitive comparing with others markets(Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro), but it's improving fastly since last year.

Jusbrasil has a work environment rarely applied even at companies in the same tech industry in Brazil. They use for the most part a modern tech stack, so great learning opportunities for developers.

I believe its institutional organisation is something that is still in the process of being iterated and improved upon, so it may seem lacking at first.
