Great standards and SOPs. Wonderful properties and locations. Great Location historical and for business. Training programs implemented help a lot. Cross Selling properties over GHA is great.
Cons
Tough competition in the market. Strict targets in generating revenue. Employees Satisfaction should be of a more higher standards. Benefits to employees must be reconsidered . Incentive plan for the employees must be reconsidered.
