Pros

Free breakfast and lunch. Good transport links to this hotel branch in a city of Guangdong Province. Near to lots of restuarants/eateries if...sorry...when you WILL eventually can't stomach the free 'food' at the company canteen! Colleagues were nice...only for the first few months :(

Cons

The company canteen 'food' is something that hungary animals probably won't even touch it! Even when go outside to buy food fit for human consumption, you'll have to sprint to buy it (eventhough it's very near), and shove the meal down your throat whilst sprinting on your way back since 'lunch break' is interpreted by upper management as a few minute snack time !!! The constant and unbearable pressure by many colleagues to conform to their too nosy, gossipy, backstabbing n nosy cliques. And the constantly wanting to know about your very personal parts of your private life. When you don't tell them enough or what they want to hear, and don't want to join their immoral clique, then they will start start to ignore you (even when it's work related questions etc) and do a lot of immature and petty bullying...and my even my direct superior was in that clique and bullying me. My direct superior often abuse her position of power and force me to do many menial tasks unrelated to work.
