Pros

Great HR activities and initiatives. Good for CV. Reputable company.

Cons

Great flexibility and independence due to lack of discipline amongst management and staff. A lot of office politics and favouritism. No room for growth. Promotions only asked upon resignation. Working with a management team with great egos and selfish behaviours and attitudes. More gossip than actual work. A lot of hypocrisy. POOR salaries, unless you are an expat and even then, salaries remain questionable.
