No respect for employees, irresponsible management. I was offered a role at one of their hotels after 1+ month long process, at which I handed in my 1 month's notice to former employer and was about to start 4 days later when I received a call from HR: they had miscalculated and had no budget to recruit after all. They only offered me 2 weeks pay compensation, which is nothing when you quit your stable job and then have nowhere to go to.

Poor company management. Toxic work culture. Huge blatant disparity between “expatriate” and local staff salary. High expectations from management which curiously does not correlate to how much they give as employers (mentally, financially and professionally). Local staff taken for granted. Employees to work ridiculous hours without proper incentives like provision of ADEQUATE staff buses for transportation to AND from work during DAY and night shifts. Managers lack professional etiquette going as far as screaming at junior staff Not worth your sanity!
