Pros

The Australian COO is a good leader and humble person. He is a down to earth visionary who will greet you by name. He is KMAu's greatest asset and I continue to have the utmost respect for him. You get to lease Kia cars. A Cerato was about $200-300 a month which was taken out of your pay. Kia is a major sponsor of the Australian Open, so you can get free tennis tickets to watch the tennis in Melbourne. As Kia is a Korean company, there may be opportunity for you to travel to South Korea for department-specific training or conferences. There are more young people being hired (uni grads) who are slowly changing the culture to be more fun and social, which is a much needed break from the standard 9 to 5 cubicle job which defines most corporate environments.

Cons

You will be significantly underpaid compared to industry rates if you are in a non-managerial role. The salary packages are not competitive at all. Long, unpaid overtime in some departments. Culture of swearing in the office. No clear line for career progression or salary growth.
