HR team is worst. Interviews will be taken in multiples regularly but result & offer letter u should forget those things. My dear freshers and experienced candidates who are working in Automobile MNC's etc. don't dare or waste time giving an interview in this KMI (kia Motors India) in AP. You will waste your life working in this company 14 hrs daily you have waste in your life 3 hrs round the trip travel daily. No hikes until 3 years, they are employing slaves not employees. You will not get offer letter even though u get a job, many candidates are awaiting to join after their interview but no offer letter response from HR team. They will do interview for just showing the head count. Guys its better to work in a small industry rather this organization . No work life balance. many of the employees are about to resign because of the torture and some them resigned and returned back to their past organization.
