      Analytical and to the point, Korean ethos very work oriented with excellent employee days out I.e. Trips to watch cricket at the Kia sponsored oval

      Cons

      Very rigid command structure with difficulty in ascending to higher positions, sometimes felt that senior people spoke in a way that way slightly patronising
