      Pros

      The company as a whole is very ambitious and demonstrates that they care about their employees. They have expanded from the UK building on their fantastic reputation to overseas markets. The diversity of work makes them very resilient to industry changes. I can quite imagine that in the right position in Mace and working on the right projects your career will flourish.

      Cons

      Sadly I haven’t been in the right position or applied to any suitable projects. Therefore my career has stagnated. In their ambition for growth the recruitment pace hasn’t been matched by the winning of work leaving a lot of dissatisfied and anxious staff working on the wrong projects. This is a localised issue as far as I understand and probably not a reflection of what others experience at Mace.

      Direct collaboration with global teams and exposure to high-level projects.

      Cons

      Unsupportive environment: The workplace culture suffers from micromanagement, passive-aggressive communication, and a clear lack of integrity from recently appointed management. Leadership Favoritism: Senior leadership tends to favor newly hired managers, failing to provide equal treatment, fair evaluation, or direct open channels of communication to the rest of the team.
