Pros
- Good working environment. - Good package - Plenty of opportunities across business units. - Company instigates employee growth and provides multiple opportunities for acquiring professional certifications.
Cons
- Lack of standard way of doing things across the board instigates a subjective management style across teams / projects. Lack of standardised processes makes it difficult to transition internally. - Roles are not well defined, which means that different teams will understand the scope of your role differently. - Upper management appears to be over reliant on trust/relationship for distributing responsibilities which means some at director level/upwards have poor technical/leadership capabilities.
