      Free sodas, the clients are great to work with.

      Cons

      Literally every other month someone quits the team. The work environment is extremely hostile and not a healthy work environment. HR is not supportive and is only concerned with the company’s interest. There is no training at this job so you are set up for failure. Management has high turnover as well. People aren’t being fired, they are quitting. There is no advancement at the Houston site for this company. They client is Invesco. Invesco is great.

      Really good news... I wish they close the rest of their offices as this's very not loyal company. They don't deserve business as they treat their employees bad.
