      Nearly guaranteed a job for life as there’s unlimited opportunities to work across different sectors. Even when there’s no assignment for you, you’re still retained until something tangible comes up.

      Cons

      You don’t really feel like an employee with Mace as you spend lots of time with client organisations and if you’re unfortunate to have multiple short assignments, you won’t really have established relationships with work colleagues because of the frequency of changes to your team.
