      As I am still in the realms of my junior career, it has been really helpful being part of a company that promotes and supports development of their staff. For myself, I have experience this through training, qualifications and additional responsibilities in my roles.

      Cons

      Clarity on how this development can translate into pay rises, bonuses and promotions is a bit unclear at times and could do with some clarification.
