Pros
Decent PTO, I love my team, vision is covered, always up to date on latest medical advancements, HQ is really nice if you work there, there's an employee morale committee that genuinely wants to do what they can to plan fun things, they were wishy-washy about it but never made employees come back into the office after COVID (as far as I know)
Cons
Health insurance is kind of terrible, IB (the owners) are the definition of uncaring corporate overlord, very inconsistent with promotions, bonuses and raises. your scope of responsibility will constantly grow and you will not be paid more for it
