Medscape interview questions

Medscape’s recruiter contacted me for a phone interview. It seemed to go smoothly. He said he would recommend me to the hiring manager for an interview. I never heard anything and he didn’t respond to any of my follow up messages. Someone else had a similar experience I see, so this is the way they treat people.

A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I responded and we had an intro call. I thought the call went well and he said he would put me in touch with the next person sometime the next day. He never responded to me. I sent a thank you note, plus 2 polite check-ins over the next week or so. I never got any response, even to tell me that they weren't moving forward.
