I applied online. I interviewed at Medscape (Kuala Lumpur) in Nov 2020
Interview
It was a very nice meeting. Manager was really friendly and approachable. Would be a good experience working for him, seems to be someone who's willing to teach. Brief about the whole job scope in details .
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Medscape in Sep 2019
Interview
I went through a recruiting agency, so they setup 4 in-person interviews over a 2 hour timespan.
When you get there, there's no receptionist, just a phone on the outside that was broken and me and another person had to ask someone who was coming out to let us in and if they could get the people we were meeting with.
One person I met with literally acted like they were too good to be meeting with me and made it quite obvious that they didn't want to be speaking with me. Another person I met with was legitimately falling asleep and could barely keep her eyes open, it was 1:30 in the afternoon.
All of the 4 people I met with bragged about their rigorous training program but I was refused for the role because I didn't have "pharma experience and it would take too long train." So that was that.
