Pros
If you want to start a career there and have a great name on your CV - go for it. Corporate culture within the company is good, some of the internal events I attended were interesting. That's pretty much it.
Cons
Awful management, outdated processes and not willing to change. Management reacted very badly to criticism. If you're starting your career, but you want to have a meaningful job - go the other way and never look back.
