Little room for growth, low pay. They treat their people poorly, talk behind their backs, and have cheated some staff. have a very poor training program. When you ask for help they treat you like crap. Recently, the company surprised everyone by laying off lots of people without notice (up to 70 staff). Work/life balance is a myth. Very low Morale - Rough patch is an understatement. With the layoff of some; it forced too many to fill in shoes that they weren't ready for. It disrupted work-life balance for many. Leadership is now non-existent; most were in survival fear mode. Lost a lot of the true development professionals in the company.
