Pros
- Diverse set of projects across different sectors although very limited impact - Good office location and medical insurance - Strong knowledge and implantation of balanced scorecard
Cons
- unfriendly environment, managers and directors are very close so no one to express dissatisfaction to - unprofessional and unstructured project management, mostly research (much of which is outsourced) or PMO tracking no actual strategy - lack of clarity in terms of career progression - racist towards groups of people who form typical background - low salary compared to industry - lack for proper development in terms of trainings - have not developed past the balance scorecard which was designed ages ago and is almost useless now - weak and stagnating brand
