      Pros

      - Great portfolio and variety of projects - Real opportunity for growth and experience, if you're willing to stick your neck out - Some of projects really do make a real difference in peoples lives (some less so, but not really Palladium's fault) - Super colleagues

      Cons

      - The CEO is a vacuum of vision, honesty and integrity. Think Liz Truss without the ambition - Leadership are keen to run a lean ship, this often means the best people are overworked and burnt out - Wage stagnation a real issue. ODA reductions have hurt us, but staff are leaving now for money - IT needs a change finance systems are painful for project managers

      Pros

      great work environment; supportive environment; lots of professional development

      Cons

      not a lot of job growth for everyone (only a few director roles, and not many women were in leadership roles); annoying that to get promoted you had to apply to an open position instead of getting a cycle promotion, which was more difficult to get.
