All the systems are broken or highly manual, with no connection between decision-makers and those using them. The company is working with threadbare support functions (legal, HR, IT, finance, accounts) meaning everyone is stressed and overworked. The company structure is upside down (three times as many directors as analysts) which leaves little room for progression and exhausted junior staff. Pay is below average. Parental leave package leaves a lot to be desired.
