Salary is reasonable for industry. Organization uses local laws for hiring staff in a given country, meaning that all benefits are paid correctly and leaves can be taken. The organization seasoned professionals in the field, and the team is very experienced, competent, and knowledgeable.
Cons
Organizational structure is cumbersome and focused on project-based management and cycle. HR needs are planned based on project needs, not on a more strategic view on the future plans of the company. This means that contracts have an end-date always around, and that you have to be seeking for opportunities constantly. Organization also has limited anti-harassment policy.
