Pros
Everyone at Palladium is very nice and supportive. As an intern I never felt scared, judged, or out of place. I was comfortable talking to everyone and asking for help when I needed to.
Cons
This place pretends to care about people including its employees and those in places which they are trying to help. Unfortunately neither is true. The company boasts about creating positive impact around the world when in reality they are creating short-term solutions that will only lead to further long-term damage. They also pride themselves in being a place where people can advance their career. After talking with many employees who candidly shared their experiences with promotions and raises, I would say it is very hard to substantially advance your career at Palladium.
