Pros
Culture, work-life balance, bonus structure, great co-workers and management, a clear vision for the future, opportunity for advancement, benefits, the accounts you get to work with and knowing that the product you are selling is making a positve impact.
Cons
Long hours during the selling season, some inconsistencies in communication and the sales rep having to spend too much time on account management instead of driving sales. That said, you will need to work hard and put effort into any company if you want to be successful.
