work-life balance, workforce that care about their customers

Cons

business unit leaders are often out of touch with their customers, products and markets. Constant re-organizations. Terrible IT backbone. Lack of investments in key areas.

Company culture is friendly and helpful!

The manager didnt want me to interact with anybody in the team. I was supposed to report direct to the manager! She didnt have any projects planned for me and everyday was like a sword on my neck! There was nothing aligned and it was hard to figure out what had to be done!
