      Pros

      The company has an ambitious vision of becoming a leader in mobile entertainment and is hungry to succeed (but never at the expense of ethics or employee morale) Pocket Gems definitely has an A-team - very talented and driven employees across the board. The work culture offers a great mix of autonomy / empowerment and teamwork. Lots of happy hours and team events, a fun place to work on the whole.

      Cons

      Strong personalities here, so be prepared to argue to defend your ideas and opinions. Thankfully, everyone puts the company first and culture is not political / hierarchical so the best idea usually wins

      Pros

      they looks for smart people. interviews can be tough, but it's a fun place to work and they respect what you do. They do give young people opportunities to succeed as well and take on their own projects.

      Cons

      take it or leave it, it is a games company. everybody loves games. sometime though it's like whoa, you know the details of Mario Kart way beyond what a normal human should know.
