Pros

Smart people, great environment, great benefits, excellent growth, get to work on awesome mobile games

Cons

Is a startup so sometimes you have to develop you own processes for getting stuff done. And when you or someone else leaves the company, those processes are usually taken with them since they're the only ones who know how to do it.

Pros

Free food. Nice people from around the world.

Cons

Long hours and low pay. PG subscribes to the theory that young college grads are happy and satisfied with games and free food. Fact is, other startups and companies offer these things at much higher pay scales. Very little communication between teams, and scrum is not the answer. Products get released with little testing and product management (usually called technical support or customer care) takes the brunt of the ire from dissatisfied players. Not enough team members to get work done at a quality level. Embarrassed to be affiliated with this company.

Pros

It's a great place to start your career and learn the basics and foundations of mobile apps, processes, and best practices. Perks are good, the people outside of work environments are fun. The pay is more or less above average for gaming only, below average for tech industry unless you are a high level executive or a software developer.

Cons

-poor upper level management constantly making poor product decisions -elitist culture in which only prestigious backgrounds are taken seriously -extremely corporate answers for any questions, almost zero transparency -no longer a major innovator in mobile gaming -company culture is spiraling downwards with recent hiring
