      Pros

      - Pay - Chill atmosphere - Communication is very considerate - Not hard nosed about granting you leave - Great game engine, really helped me further hone my directorial skills - Remote

      Cons

      - Internal communication at the co. is very very poor. You can't talk to your own manager for weeks or months sometimes. - Little to no transparency regarding important decisions that affect your life within the co. - Weak Leadership - If you are looking for work sponsorship: forget about it. It ain't gonna happen. - Severe lack of a human touch if you are working with them remotely. It's just very very strange.

      Pros

      they looks for smart people. interviews can be tough, but it's a fun place to work and they respect what you do. They do give young people opportunities to succeed as well and take on their own projects.

      Cons

      take it or leave it, it is a games company. everybody loves games. sometime though it's like whoa, you know the details of Mario Kart way beyond what a normal human should know.
