      Great HQ Building, good benefits, great people, diversity

      Cons

      visible glass ceiling on pay depending on passport, biased towards religion and nationality, pay does not change for contract employees, initiatives which no body understands, high work pressure for people without a western passport, no work-life balance

      Pros

      I enjoyed editing documentation as well as engaging with colleagues in aspects of corporate benchmarking. The atmosphere was friendly and open among the coworkers and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them.

      Cons

      As an intern, I wasn't given many opportunities to really develop more skills or dabble with other departments to broaden my perspective of the company.
