Good salary, compared to similar jobs; very dynamic environment; office in a nice location
Cons
It´s not a global company. If you are not Korean, you are a second class citizen. HR rules change without previous notice, to worse, always. Voluntary attrition rates are very, very high, most employees have less than 1 year on board. There is no employee purchasing program in place for company products. If you want to by a cell phone, go to your carrier.
