      Good salary, compared to similar jobs; very dynamic environment; office in a nice location

      Cons

      It´s not a global company. If you are not Korean, you are a second class citizen. HR rules change without previous notice, to worse, always. Voluntary attrition rates are very, very high, most employees have less than 1 year on board. There is no employee purchasing program in place for company products. If you want to by a cell phone, go to your carrier.

      Decent salary with decent benefits. Nothing extraordinary.

      Cons

      Their system of promotion is very subject and doesn't rely on performance. It's totally up to how much your manager likes you. If you're friends with your manager, you'll always get promotions, otherwise don't expect your performance to play any role on your promotion.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture and very difficult to get a promotion. Managers have a quota of "grades" to evaluate the employees. It does not matter if your performance was great.
