Pros

Free coffee? Honestly not much.

Cons

- Directors will steal your work to make themselves look good to their VPs - The pay is garbage - way below industry rate - HR is completely incompetent to handle any situation - mostly focuses on events and stupid perks like cheap toys imported from China with the Samsung logo slapped on it - Managers will undermine you - Employees gossip non-stop - Very low productivity - Korean top-down management - No communication skills in anyone - If you're female, you'll get sexually harassed at work at least twice a year - Managers will manipulate you undermine you - Managers hire pretty girls for 'culture fit' to improve office morale, meanwhile demoralizing all the engineers who worked hard to get their jobs - Everyone has a weak skill set with no product knowledge - Majority of employees have a drinking problem - No stocks/shares offered - Everyone is looking for a new job/interviewing - The nicest people in the company are the security guards and janitors - Constant layoffs - 15% churn every year - HR doesn't care enough about recruiting events so they send engineers to attend them - Only focuses on very low impact projects like building websites, no innovation - No promotion opportunities

Pros

I've worked at a number of companies throughout my career, but this Silicon Valley company stands out as one of the best experiences I've had professionally. From day one, the culture here is genuinely different — and in the best way possible. The team is incredibly collaborative. Whether you're working cross-functionally or within your own department, people are always willing to roll up their sleeves and help. There's no ego here — just a shared commitment to doing great work together.

Cons

No cons for now so can't say nothing
