Very friendly place to work; There are challenging projects to work on; It is easy to express your feeling to the leadership; They usually give people a promotion instead of hiring new ones
Cons
Most of the projects still are the boring ones; Too much interns and inexperienced programmers. Usually a software designer has only these interns/inexperienced programmers to work; Everyone has two leaders, which may lead to wrong information/judgement. The one responsible for your career relies too much on the information provided by the other one. The second one usually is not properly prepared to assume a leadership role, making feedbacks thar are more based on feeling instead of real accomplishments. The salary is below the city average, even for the experienced ones.
