      - Flexible working hours - Pantry filled with snacks - Friendly colleague & manager (mainly Chinese dominant) - Good for fresh graduate who want a challenging career and a steeper learning curve. Would not recommend staying more than 2 years.

      Cons

      - No work life balance as chasing campaigns after one ends. - Working weekends and replying messages
